Satisfaction with the process

Finance participants reported the highest satisfaction with the overall assessment process, during which they complete a virtual simulation of a “day in the life” of a leader in a new organization. The simulation includes live role-plays with trained assessors and the opportunity to receive detailed feedback about their performance, including a custom skill development plan.

Engagement and fairness

Participants reported that the virtual simulation outperformed other assessments in terms of its interesting and challenging content, their engagement level, and how fair the process felt.
